Before going for a Walk, Run, Cycle, Golf or Tennis this week, don’t forget to Warm Up Stretch to pump blood into your Muscles in your Neck, Shoulders, Arms & then to Cooldown Stretch them to remove Lactic Acid that can cause Tightening & Soreness in the muscles see my video attached -Take care x
