Before going for a Walk, Run or Cycle or whatever Galavanting you get up to, don’t forget to Warm Up Stretch to pump blood into your muscles & then to Cooldown Stretch to remove Lactic Acid that can cause Tightening & Soreness in the muscles see my video attached -Take care x
