š§š»āāļøMon 8pm Back of the body & Core Strengthening Yoga-to open up the body so we are all not walking around like Crabs. We strengthen all the muscles in the back of the body & Core to keep us open, strong and improve our posture.
š§š»āāļøFri 9.15am Perimenopause Flow Yoga-to help release the tightness in muscles, creating space in our Joints and removing friction that causes inflammation. Build Strength in our Bodies, Mind & Spirit.
